T-Class Two Bearing Screens
T Class W.S. Tyler offers the T-CLASS vibrating screen with field proven features that make it a versatile performer.
It is designed to be a rugged dependable vibrating screen for use in the screening of a wide variety of materials commonly found in the crushed stone, sand and gravel, limestone, chemical, fertilizer, phosphate, gold, coal, and other mining industries.
The T-CLASS two bearing, circle throw vibrating screen is easy to maintain because of its readily replaceable parts and solid HUCK bolted construction. For maximum versatility, the T-CLASS model offers one, two or three screen decks. These decks are available in widths from three feet to eight feet and in lengths up to twenty-four feet.

Action
The circle throw motion of the T-CLASS Series is developed by a counterbalanced shaft assembly, which is supported by two double spherical roller screen bearings. The circle throw action has proven to be very effective in moving coarse material to the top of the bed so that the fines and near mesh particles may pass through the media openings.
The T-CLASS Series vibrating screen is usually installed at an angle of 15 to 25 degrees and op-erates at speeds of 750 to 1050 RPM. The T-CLASS Series is designed to provide separations in the 12 inch to 1/8 inch particle size range.
The T-CLASS Series provides fast, accurate sizing of such materials as sand, gravel, coal, metallic ores, slag, bauxite, phosphate rock and many more.

Economy
The T-CLASS Series modular design and the use of standard components result in savings because W.S. Tyler fabricates and assembles several different size machines from standard stock compo-nents. This standardization of components also results in readily available spare parts.
Efficient operation, low production cost, and low maintenance are assured by T-CLASS rugged construction and larger bearings. The bearings used by T-CLASS Series match the bearings used in our other vibrating screen series.
T-CLASS simple design combined with its rugged construction results in minimum maintenance and downtime.

Quality
Every T-CLASS Series vibrating machine is backed by Tyler’s 125 years of engineering experience. Prior to shipment, each machine is carefully examined and operated over a prolonged period assuring correct balance, satisfactory bearing operating temperatures, smooth operation, acceptable noise levels and quality workmanship.
