Round and rectangular screens are not only used for fine particle separation, using dry and wet screening processes, but also for drainage and cleaning of drilling mud. An optimum tension of the wire cloth is essential for the service life and the capacity of the screen. W.S. Tyler's screening equipment - developed by our parent company Haver & Boecker of Germany - guarantees a uniform tension on the screens. |
| W.S. Tyler stocks round frames for 48" Sweco machines in stainless steel 304. Rectangular frames can be custom-welded and screened with your choice of wire cloth. |
Further, we offer different types of adhesives. Besides our standard adhesive, we also use adhesives approved for use in food processing and adhesives which are heat resistant up to 200° C.
All screens can be tailored to your individual needs: |
Center hole for the center axis reinforced with plastic or stainless steel disc
Support bars
Support screen (Multi-layer screens)
Rubber balls for a pulsating effect to help prevent blinding
REMEMBER: The use of Ty-Ger wire might substantially increase the lifetime of your replacement screens. See "Alloys in Wire Cloth" for details. |
