N-Class Four Bearing Scalping Screens
The TYCAN N-Class is commonly used as a primary screen targeted at increasing the throughput and the efficiencies of the primary crusher in very heavy duty and aggressive environments. Capable of handling particles as big as 78” x 39” x 39” and screening at cut sizes of ½” to 20” it is ideal for very demanding industries such as mining or crushed stone.

Action
The TYCAN N-Class is of eccentric circular motion. This operation principle consists of the use of a shaft and four bearings. The vibration motion is worked into the shaft in form of eccentricity, allowing for equipment operation with consistent amplitude, independent of the load fed to the screen.

Due to the constant dynamic operating conditions and consequently the very high G-Forces generated by the technical principle of the vibrating screen, product particles are consistently launched out of the classification openings of the media creating a self-cleaning effect, which minimizes material clogging and pegging.

Economy
A TYCAN N-Class practically pays for itself. The technical principle of the machine makes it a very economical alternative to the traditionally Grizzly Feeder. Since the amplitude is guaranteed and perforated plates rather than grizzly bars are used as screening media, the TYCAN N-Class insures the consistent removal of fines. This results in a drastic decrease of the crusher’s wear & tear. In addition the crusher can process higher throughputs at greater efficiencies. Often customers experience pay backs of less than 2 years.

Quality
The TYCAN N-Class is virtually built ROCK SOLID. It utilizes double bent side plates for maximum ruggedness. The smart design also insures that the perforated plate of up to 4” of thickness is not only used as screening media but adds to the overall body stiffness. All critical parts are bolted rather than welded. As a result the N-Class is the toughest and highest quality screen in the business.
