W.S. Tyler's Industrial Group offers Premium Woven Wire Cloth for a variety of applications. Our focus includes acoustical noise abatement, construction shielding for security and environmental protection, foods, chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, medical, metallic powders, and miscellaneous metals.
Sizes range from 2 mesh, approximately 0.125", (3.2 mm) opening and down through 635 mesh, with wire diameters .028" (.70mm) down to .0010" (.025mm). The product is available in rolls or cut to size pieces.
The Industrial Group fabrication capabilities are calendaring, stretching, punching, forming, heat treating, soldering, welding, and cleaning.
The Industrial Group maintains a large inventory of basic plain weave specifications, including Market Grade, Bolting Cloth, and Sieve Grade. Filtration Weave specifications feature Dutch Twilled (DTW), Broad Mesh Twilled (BWT), Single Dutch Weave (SDW), and Reverse and
Twilled Reverse Weave designs.
Alloys available from stock include T304, T316, and magnetic T430 (food products) stainless steels. High temperature and high corrosion resistant Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, and other exotic metals are available on request.

ASTM and ISO standard specified Test Sieve Cloth is available from 5" (125mm) down through USA No. 635 mesh (20um). This very high quality product meets the standard tolerances to ensure very consistent and accurate aperture size.
