HAVER ULTRASONIC SCREENING SYSTEMS

W.S. Tyler offers the Haver Ultrasonic Screening System. The system features a unique
frequency variation technology to significantly increase the throughput and screening efficiency
of ultra fine dry particles.

The Haver pre-tensioned screening systems can be retrofitted to standard size, popular OEM screens and sifters.

How does Ultrasonic Screening work?
The energy source (generator) converts electrical energy into high frequency pulses, which
is then converted to a mechanical action (sound waves).

The sound waves create an oscillation in the screen frame at high frequencies. These oscillations are transferred to screening cloth where they are evenly distributed across the entire surface.

The oscillations of the screening cloth will reduce frictional resistance between material and screening media. A reduction in blinding results in increased throughput and efficiencies.

• Round screens 16” to 72” outside diameter
• Square screens 16” x 16” through 72” x 72”

Screen Openings begin at 38 mesh .0063” wire diameter down through 500 mesh .0010” wire diameter stainless steel.

Re-screening of non-ultrasonic screens is available at 4 mesh .050” wire diameter through 500 mesh .0010” wire diameter.
