The engineering staff works with our customers to provide solutions and recommendations for appropriate filter and filter mesh design specific to the their needs.

W.S. Tyler Bubble Point Testing service is available for customer filter applications. This test procedure is used to measure the absolute micron retention of the filter cloth. It provides for non-destructive testing of woven filter cloth, various filter media and filter elements.

W.S. Tyler offers Image Analyzer Inspection; this service gives us the ability to measure any square mesh from 8 to 635 mesh on a Computerized Image Analyzer. This device measures both wire diameter and aperture to an accuracy of 3 microns (0.00012 inches). W.S. Tyler identifies any sample of square mesh precisely to supply the customer’s needs.
