Newest Application Proves Why W.S. Tyler’s Dokawell-Mono
Is One of the Most Widely Used Architectural Design Wire Mesh

Mentor, Ohio—An artistic design for a replica light house in the Beacon Square area of Galveston College in Galveston, Texas included a metal fabric material that would serve as infill panels for the structure. The logical choice for this material was W.S. Tyler’s Dokawell-Mono Architectural Design Wire Mesh.

Dokawell-Mono panels allow for versatility in fabricating and provide light reflection properties. Its design also gives a transparent appearance to the facade. When exposed to light, it creates single illuminated reflection points, resulting in a truly exciting look.  The design is very durable and virtually maintenance-free.

In addition to exterior facades, applications for Dokawell-Mono include ceiling design, sound absorption systems, decorative panels and sun protection applications.

Architectural Design Wire Mesh offers a unique ornamental mesh design, and in many applications serves functional requirements as well.  It is available in a variety of styles, designs and materials and is woven in stainless steel and other exotic metals.  Dokawell-Mono is just one of many styles manufactured by W.S. Tyler and Haver & Boecker. Together, they have been leaders in the production of woven wire cloth products, worldwide, dating back to the late 1800’s.
