The Self-cleaning Action of Cobra Vibe^® Tyler Cobra Vibe^® Screens are high production wire screens developed to enhance cleaning and non-blinding action, using independently vibrating warp wires. The various designs provide screening accuracy close to traditional wire mesh in square or slotted openings, and significantly reduces blinding and pegging in severe applications.

Cobra Vibe^® Screens create vibrations that cannot be achieved by regular wire cloth sections which have tightly locked in wires. The results are much cleaner screen sections.

Tyler Cobra Vibe^® Screens are custom-fabricated to meet customer requirements - no deck modification is required. The straight and horizontally crimped wires provide a flat surface for reduced friction and extended wear life. They are manufactured in our high-carbon Ty-Pro^® wire and in stainless steel.
